In Pompano Beach, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

I ordered 4 tires about a week ago on the 9th. I had an appointment to get them installed August 17th @ 3pm. The day comes and my appointment is cancelled. I called Pompano beach Walmart where my appointment was supposed to be and a woman answers the phone and she said shes just helping with the phones but she will take my name and number and they will call me back. I waited all day and I never got a call back. The next day I called customer support. They lady was very nice and she said that the tires were at the store even though online it said delayed. I called the store again and after calling about 3-5 times someone finally answered. I was put on hold 3 separate times totaling 30 minutes on this phone call. The excuse was he had customers in front of him but am I not a customer as well? I explained to the guy and asked why my appointment was cancelled and he looked up my order number and went to see if the tires were there and he said the tires were not at the store. I called customer service the 1-800 number and again they said they are at the store so i should go in person and ask to speak to a manager. I went and i asked for a manager and the guy said the manager was using t

Visit Date and Time: Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at approximately 9:05 AM I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences..... Several concerns stood out during my visit: 1. Unattended Service Desk I waited approximately 8β10 minutes at the Auto Care counter while it remained completely unattended. During this time, technicians could clearly see customers waiting, yet no one approached the counter, acknowledged us, offered assistance, or redirected us. Instead, employees looked in our direction, continued talking among themselves, and made no effort to help. 2. Lack of Communication After waiting, an associate named Rieka informed me that if I wanted to purchase tires, I needed to wait outside under the tent. I also requested a price quote for replacement tires. However, upon going outside as instructed, there was no one present at the tent where I had been directed. 3. Poor Customer Service Eventually, I found a technician outside and explained that I needed a tire replacement. He immediately told me that the wait would be long. I explained that I had already spent a considerable amount of time waiting. At that point, I simply wanted a quote and to speak with a manager.

Worst place to get tire service, the staff is never the same, not even leadership. They donβt know how to follow simple requests, if they change ur tire they donβt know that the PSI recommended is on a sticker by the driver door, they just do the 35 psi even on new tires. People that work there are not there to try to help u, generally from my experience. I had little bit better experience at the 441 and Oakland Park location.

Donβt come here the worst place I have ever been in my life bunch of lazy people working I came for a simple tire rotation. They refuse to do it stating that I had to make an appointmen. When I bought the tires, they told me lifetime tire rotation all I have to do is to go there not even appointment needed, but I try to make an appointment just to play safe. I tried to call the whole week. Nobody answer the phone and when you try to make an appointment online, you canβt not for tire rotation and then I ask whoever was there he refused to make an appointment and then told me that they only have an appointment maybe in a month why nobody was working at that time.

The staff at this location is great. From the guy doing the check-in, in my case Adrian, to the guys doing the work, in my case tech Wolf C., to the service manager (whose name escapes me, sorry my guy). I went in for a full-set tire change. First off, the Walmart price for the Bridgestone Turanza was excellent, lower than everywhere else, and installation was just $20/tire, which is about half what other places charge around here. All four of the TPMS needed to be replaced, so knowing that I bought my own for a much lower cost than the OEM (Walmart's price for the parts wasn't unreasonable, but still more than what I paid for the entire set). I asked nicely if they would just swap out the old TPMS sensors during the tire change. Every other auto service chain would say "nope" (from past experience with a bunch of them), and their spiel usually is, "if you don't buy our parts, we're not installing anything you've brought." The service manager at Walmart Auto said, "sure, but we may not be able to program them to the car, since it's not our part." Super reasonable. I ended up programming them myself with the $10 tool I had already bought (from Amazon). Took 60 seconds flat, from st
